Overwrite Cell View trigger

User is asked if he wants to overwrite an existing file when creating a new Cell View with an existing name in the Library Manager. I want to execute some skill code, if he chooses to overwrite. Is there any way how to do it? Some trigger perhaps? I have tried Pre/PostCreateObj and Pre/PostDeleteObj, but these were not triggered in this case.

You may be able to use PreAutoCheckOut dd trigger for this - although that will get called in other cases too - but maybe this will help...

    Regards,

    Andrew.

Thanks, but this can be a problem. My problem is that the content of a cell view file remains the same even if I choose to overwrite a cell view. I need to replace it with a new default content. Therefore I must do it only in this particular case.

Not quite sure what you're trying to do, but there's no other trigger that can be used... so it may be your only option.

This also gets called when you open something for edit - that's the trouble.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
