Zoom to NEXT location

 Hello

    There is a list or a text file (it not essentially) the containing
(x1 y1)
(x1 y2)
(xn yn) are co-ordinates
   It would be desirable to create a script with following possibilities
The dialogue window having button NEXT on pressing on which script takes x1 y1 and ZOOM this fragment. Following pressing on NEXT and script takes x2 y2 and ZOOM already this fragment. Also pressing on NEXT the script displays any corresponding x and y in a dialogue window in fields X and Y

Simple:

Excuse me for primitiveness  :)

(x1 y1) == (-123.04 0.456)

(x2 y2) == (1.0 2.34)

(xn yn)

                                                                      Press NEXT

   |------------|          Your x is   |  -123.04  |       ZOOM to x2 y2       |------------|          Your x is   |  1.0  |

   |  NEXT   |          Your y is   |  0.456     |         -------->                   |  NEXT   |          Your y is   |  2.34 |
   |_______|                                                       -------->                    |_______|

Best regards

Slawa

    There probably is a script way to do this but you can get "pretty close" without much work.

    The File Viewer has a level of intelligence in it, File>File Viewer. IF the file text contains formatted locations "(<x_loc>, <y_loc>)", like (1234.54, 987.23), dragging the mouse across the location to highlight it will get the screen canvas centered at the specified location. OK, you might want to zoom in / out from there, you have to select the location in the file with the mouse, but this is pretty trivial to get working without any coding.
