Mark net with stop layer

Hi,

I need to highlight all pockets tied to a net, I tried to use Mark net command, but I can't define a stop layer in the connectivity rules.

I define all rules to probe the net, but I don't know how to define a rule to avoid the probe when there is an overlap with a specific layer.

For example: I want to probe contact-nplus-epi, but if there is a poly between contact-nplus (contact-poly-nplus) the probe needs to be stopped. How may I define aconnectivity rule in the mark net? Is the mark net the correct function for my problem?

Could you help me?

    Hi Giuseppe

Marknet function from IC614 does has a stop layer function. Please press F3 to bring up marknet options form so that you can set a stop layer. This function is not present in IC5141.

    Best regards
    Quek
