doubts on bindkey

Hi everyone, I was setting a bindkey for a certain function for increasing / decreasing the row/col of contacts. I saw that if it works fine if the key is "Ctrl<Key>`, Shift<Key>`, Shift<Key>=, Ctrl<Key>= "etc. But if I set the Bind key as "Ctrl Alt<Key>], Shift Alt<Key>], Shift Alt<Key>[, Ctrl Alt<Key>[ ",the it takes the contact as an mosaic and updates its row and col value. Can any I tell me why this is occering ?

Check what the bindkey is set for with the Ctrl/Alt,Shift/Alt settings. I know that in IC61 the Alt key binding changed to read the menu pick but I do not know if that affected the Ctrl/Shift versions.
