About ESD .spi file in 0.13um CMOS

Hello Andrew Beckett,

We have just received the ESD package from TSMC for 0.13 um CMOS:

It contains GDS files  and one SPI file:

I have imported 2 GDS files. But we are looking for both Layout and Schematic for simulation with whole IC

I guest that the .spi file contain the netlist.

However, I do not know how to import and use it.

Would you please guide me how to use this please.

My cadence version is IC514.

Thanks you and best regards

I have no idea either, since I've never seen these files.I would guess that the ".spi" file contains the netlist too. You could reference it as a model file from ADE (described numerous times on these forums).

Note, best to address your questions to the forum, rather than just me!

    Andrew.
