extract scalar from ocnxlOutputExpr defined expression

Hello.

I want to run a DC sweep, get a certain data point, and use it as a DC operating point for an AC analysis.

I have yet to find a way to do it in ADE-XL.

The bottom line is that I need to find a way to use the scalar which is printed in the ADE-XL, and is defined in OCEAN (via save sceipt) as the  ocnxlOutputExpr.

Howvere this ocean function return t or nil, and not scalar/number.

Anyone?

Is calcVal what you're looking for? If in ADE XL you drag one of the outputs into the global variables list, you'll see it creates an expression using calcVal().

Also try searching for calcVal in cdnshelp.

    Regards,

    Andrew
