IC615 and synergy-foss.org

I use an application from synergy-foss.org that allows one mouse and keyboard to control more than one system.  We just recently started using IC615 VLE on RHEL4 and it seems to interfere with the synergy server.  IC51 is fine.  Redraws are the only thing that causes the problem.  Anybody else run into this?

    Hi,

unfortunately I can not give a solution for your problem, but as your original post is 7 month ago  I hope you found a solution in the meantime. I am facing the same problem right now (IC615 on RHEL5). If you solved the problem, please let me know.

    best regards, Uli

I haven't solved it yet.  It only happens when you redraw.  I created a simple alias to restart the synergy server when needed.

    alias kick_synergys 'pkill -9 synergys ; synergys'
