How to create an instant browser inside an application form?

dell1

I want to make a button inside an application form through which I can browse through the library manager, select a library and a cellview then these values are returned in the application form.

Or in other words I want something like the window that appear when I  instantiate a new device, but to be a part of an application form that take other inputs

 Thanks in advance.

    Hi Dell1,

The function that you need is ddsSyncWithForm() and the associated ddsUpdateSyncWithForm() and ddsEndSyncWithForm() functions - this is mentioned and used in a practical example in Solution 11675012  and also mentioned in Solution 11142674

I hope that this is what you needed and is helpful to you (please mark the Solution(s) as such if this is the case).

    Best regards,

    Lawrence.
