skill to stop an ADEXL job

I have a skill script based on  Solution ID:11721590  that will fill out the ADEXL form based on the job policy selected on the panel.  However, if the default job policy is used then it prints out a message to tell the user to select a valid job policy.   This is triggered by the "start" (green arrow).    The simulation will try to run and just be at a "pending"  until you hit stop or   _axlStopSimulation   in the CIW.  How can a stop be coded into the skill script?

 Thanks
