how to display the dynamic layout

hi,

I get a question, how to display the layout dynamicly before I click the mouse. following is my code.

by using following code, I click the mouse, and get the layout, but I want to display the layout or the bbox before I click the mouse.

something like move an instance or pick from schematic.

how to do that?

procedure( pointDone( w done pts )

if( done then

dbCreateParamInstByMasterName(cvId "mylib" "pmos" "layout" "mp_wl" car(pts) "R0" 1)

printf("Point entered was %L.\n" car(pts))

else println("Point entry aborted.")

)

)

enterPoint( ?prompts

list( "Enter a point.")

?doneProc "pointDone"

)

    What about geHiDragFig? We've used this before where we made the selSet argument consist of objects in a scratch cell so that we could get exactly the ghost we wanted.

    Derek

    geHiDragFig(
    w_windowID
    r_form
    t_srcPrompt
    t_dstPrompt
    t_cmdName
    t_SelSet
    g_useMultiWindow
    [ l_firstPoint ]
    )
    Used in conjunction with other SKILL functions to implement the dragging of selected database figures.
