How can I change customVia on own pcell

In CDB Virtuoso techfile I have stackedVia m1_m5 (through m2, m3, m4) that is specified as skill code inside techfile

tcCreateDeviceClass. Now we are going to OA and I need to specify this  stackedVia m1_m5 outside techfile as separate pcell.

So on  m1_m5 has specified both as separate cell (skill code) and in techfile's customViaDefs section reference to cell.

But when I try to create via from "Create->Via" all changes in "Create Via" form is not influence on my pcell, how can I tie my pcell and "Create Via" form?
