How to find the transistors that is at the end?

This is my first time posting here. I am trying to write a skill code to try to check some of the properties of the pcell that is on the end of the row of transistors that share oxide to make sure they setup correctly. For example that I need to find is the dummy poly is on.

I have attached a screen caps for explain. Let's say I want to find the most left transistor and want to turn on the dummy poly to be just like the right side. What would be the best method to do it?

I have tried to flatten the pcell then try to find the edge of the oxide. But that makes me have to undo or even save it in a different view so I can bring back the original copy. Is there any easier way of doing it?

Thank you very much for your help.
