script to output values from RelXpert

Hi,

This may be a simple syntax question, but I'm having a bad time trying to extract some values after aging simulations.

I'm using Relxpert (IC615) to run some aging sims and for a specific transistor, I want to find the exact degraded current value and degraded threshold value, (in comparision to fresh)

Relxpert will give an aged value as well as a fresh value.

For example, in my script I have something like:

pv("Mn" "vth" ?result "tranOp")

This gives a wave (contining two values, aged and fresh) of the threshold pramater of my interested transistor.

How can I extract the exact aged value and the exact fresh value? I guess it can be a symple syntax change in Ocean..

Any help would really be appreciated or a better way of doing this as I am a total newb with RelXpert.

Thanks,
