Redefining choices for hiCreateLayerCyclicField

Hi,

I am working in cadence 6.1.5 - virtuoso.  How are the layer pallette choices for the  hiCreateLayerCyclicField function changed once it is called and displayed?  I have no issues in the initial call and display.  However, I have not been able to change the layer choices presented to the user after the inital call.  Any ideas?

Many THANKS! in advance,

John Wilwert

    Hi John

COS solutions 11237840 and 11701646 both make use of hiCreateLayerCyclicField function. They might help you figure out the cause of the problem in your script.

    Best regards
    Quek

    John,

I suspect what you're after is the hiMakeLPChoiceList function - this allows you to build a new set of icons to replace the choices on the form.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
