change model name parameters

archive
archive over 13 years ago
Dear All,

I need to change the model name of all nch and pch devices in a I/O library

I was wondering if this can be done from the schematic viewer by clicking edit-> replace etc or I need a short skill script that can perform this function for me

I had a brief look on similar posts but unfortunately these were way too complex for me

I have also uploaded a screenshot for illustration purposes

Many Thanks,

Nick

    Hi Nick,

I think that there are some SKILL-based solutions already for this, for example, Solution 11169854

If changing the model on the form normally triggers a callback (e.g. you see other values change on the form), then you may also need another solution to ensure that the CDF callbacks are triggered (they are not triggered when changing a CDF parameter through SKILL, only when the value is changed on the form), see Solution 11018344 for this.

I hope that this helps you!

    Regards,

    Lawrence.
