Is it possible to create custom prompts on screen in the layout the way that Turbo Toolbox does or are those private cadence functions? Thanks! Rob

    Rob,

You need to use geAddHilightLabel() for this. So it's a matter of creating a "hilight" set, enabling it, and then adding labels to it. These are documented functions.

Of course, the Turbo Toolbox has some layers above that for convenience, but there's no reason why you can't use the ge.*Hilight functions yourself to draw labels, shapes or whatever. These are public, documented functions.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
