How to find what instance is a wire connected to?

I'm trying to walk through a schematic to see what instance is connected to which wires since the pin names on the instances connected by the wire is different on each instance.  I want to make a mapping table of all this connectivity.  Is there some example of this in skill someone has previously done?

Thanks

John

Schematic Netlist is what I would use to get connectivity information. How different is the report that you are trying to generate? Please give an example.
