Making option (f3 like) function

In case of most of the standard cadence function , we have f3 for selecting options from the GUI for the current function. 

How to create the similar type of GUI function for custom procedure ?

    This is done by using one of the enterFunctions (e.g. enterPoint, enterPath, enterPoints, etc - check for functions in cdsFinder which begin with enter), and supplying the ?form argument to these functions. The form has to be created as ?formType 'options . It makes sense because the command is to do some kind of digitization, and so as you are prompted to enter points or whatever, you can then hit F3 to alter the behaviour of the command in progress. 

    For example (an incomplete example because this example was just an experiment which isn't really working properly in the "DoneProc"):

     procedure(abCreateGuardring()

        unless(boundp('abCreateGuardringForm)
        abCreateGuardringOptionsForm()
        )
        enterPath(?prompts list("Enter points for guard ring")
        ?doneProc "abCreateGuardringDoneProc"
        ?points nil
        ?addPointProc "abCreateGuardringPointTracker"
        ?delPointProc "abCreateGuardringPointTracker"
        ?form abCreateGuardringForm
        ?alwaysMap t
        ?pathWidth abCreateGuardringForm->diffWidth->value
