Making option (f3 like) function

In case of most of the standard cadence function , we have f3 for selecting options from the GUI for the current function. 

How to create the similar type of GUI function for custom procedure ?

                      Thanks for the reply. 

    The options form works very well for most of the cases. But I am stuck with a situation here.

    If I have infix turned on it will take the current cursor location as the first point. So if my enter function is enterPoint then displaying the form by f3 is not possible.

    In my case I need to enter a single point only but how to make it compatable to infix on / off? Which enter function should I use [ of course it should have the option form integrated to it] ?

    Please help.
