Fluid Guardring Questions

After many, many months I am finally on a project using IC6.1.5! My first business was to try to figure out the answer to my question from a long time ago (Link is to post in this community)

Now I have a new set of issues.... sigh. I do not have any write permissions to the techfile and the techfile does not have any Guard Rings defined! So, I'm back to square one with the exception that I can't seem to find enough answers in the documentation. I'm sure there is there a way to set up my own Guard Ring outside of the tech file since I was able to find the fluidGuardRingInstallPath environment variable but I can not find any documentation on how to set everythign up in skill or with GUI?

Can anyone give me a direction to start, I have a very short amount of time before I have to start moving polygons around and won't be able to spend more time "playing" with the new tool.

Thank you both! That seems to be working for me now.

Now to find all the documentation and see what other fun stuff I can find.
