Custom Cellview: Callback some skill procedure when double click in Library Manager view list

Using Cadence Data and tool registry I have succefully created a custom cellview (say, viewX) and text editor tool is being used to edit or read it. Now I want little more customizations as follows:

1. when double click on this viewX I want to callback some skill function in place of opening a text editor

2.  registering some other tool (like scalc etc.) for read or edit purpose: the cadence tool regitry does not say elaborately about syntax to write data.reg file for this kind of customization.

I don't believe this is possible (at least not without customizing the library manager). You can make it so that the library manager treats a double click as opening in read mode - but the key would be to make your "de" application do something different when opening for edit or opening for read. If you're expecting a third option when you double click, I don't think you can really do that.

I'm not really sure what you're asking for the second question. Most of the customization would be in the SKILL layer rather than the registry.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
