Open Access Magnification problem

Hi, I'm currently migrating for cdb to oa and I face a problem. would appreciate it if I can get some help here. I have a set of labels(layout drawn in certain layer used for labelling purpose), which I used to place in certain cells for labelling. The problem I faced in OA is that I could not size up this labels. I did research around and found that this occur because OA does not define magnification as an attribute for changing the resolution of an instance, is this statement correct? Thanks for the help
