Synchronous editing of 2 or more hierarchical layout cells in IC6.14

Hi,

I have often the problem when working on top layouts to do some editing (move, strech) on actual cell and some of the sub-cells at "same time".  It should work like this : selecting something in hierarchy level 1 than you start editing in place a cell in hierarchy level 2 where you select some parts and than you want to move/strech the selected objects on both hierarchy levels,synchronous, by the same distance. Such layout operations are very tedious and error prone.

So I'm asking if there is already a layout tool that can do such jobs or a skill routine you can share with me.
