dbGetOverlaps can't search in Ring

Hi All,

I have a ring region which comes from dbLayerAndNot, then when I use dbGetOverlaps to check any other shapes within this ring region, but it warns that this a~>points is an invalid bBox.

Do you know whether this is a bug or any reason about it?

Then if I want to continue check in this region, any other good idea?

As check manual, dbGetOverlaps only check in bBox region, but not polygon.
