User Defined Object Property for Symbol Pin

I have a symbol containing all types of pins (e.g. "ipin" "opin"). Now using dbCreateEnumProp or dbCreateProp it is is possible to associate properties to specific pin accessing cvId->instances->net->term. This wil aslo apear if in symbol editor window one looks for "Edit Object Property" form for any pin. Now my questions are:

1. Is it possible to add a property type which will have a text field and a button clicking on which it will redirect to symbol window to select a pin and fill up the text field upon selecting any pin?

2. Is it possible to have a enum property with callbacks? E.g. say the choices for enum property named "ALPHA" are"A" and "B". If from drop down menu of  "Edit Object Property --> User section" anybody chooses"A" some more object will be added to this pin, again if "B" is choosen same list of properties will be deleted.

Thanks and regards
