How to change snapmode of any function to anyAngle

 Hi all,

         I need to change snapmode of object while moving to anyAngle when I press bindkey. I didn't know command to set snapmode. Let me know how to do this?

     In 6.1.5, which file does the procedure portion of the command reside?  .cdsenv?  Obviously the bindkey command portion goes in the bindkey file.
