Dear sir,

Please, Anyone help to me, how to set the cshrc file locations (or paths) and set environmental variables and give me the some example files

To do what? This is a rather open ended question...

If it's to use a specific Cadence tool set, that should be covered in the documentation. If it's the IC tools, there's an example in <ICinstDir>/tools/dfII/cdsuser .
