Is the any way we have make the form always prompts in front of existing form/menu?

Hi,

Whenever i run any function which include GUI, for example Create->New Lib, the form always show at the background and cover by exiting layout/library manager/ciw. I have to click on the tab at the bottom to bring the form to the front.

Is the any way/setting that i can do so that the form will always show at the front, instead of hiding at the background.

This is covered in solution 11612426 - it's a window manager issue (the solution describes how to fix it for both KDE and Gnome/Metacity).
