Pin layers not coming after running stream in layout

Hi guys,

            I have created layout with LVS clean. And then I have translated the layout into .gds format through "streamOut". Now I streamIn it to a library. But all pins are missing in layout .

                Thank you for your suggition. What may be the issue in this? Some times I need to run LVS for GDS2 format. Then again I am getting this pin issue. And by the way thank you for your precious suggitions in previous posts.
