How to acquire the argument x_waveIndex of awvPlaceWaveformLabel?

Hi All,

Good Day!

1. How can I acquire the argument x_waveIndex of awvPlaceWaveformLabel using SKILL?

2. I have a waveform, when I right click at that waveform there's an option Trace Property and when I click on Trace Property, a Trace Property Form appears. There's a Name part in the Form. My question is:

How can I acquire the Name of a trace (plot waveform) using SKILL?

BTW I 'am using IC6.1.5

Thanks and Regards,

Reinice

    Hi Reinice,

    The function awvGetWaveNameList() should answer both of your questions. For example:

    awvGetWaveNameList(currentWindow() ?subwindow currentSubwindow())

    See the documentation for more details.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Hi Andrew,

    Thank you very much on your response. awvGetWaveNameList() works perfectly well on my script.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Reinice
