Rambabu,
This has been answered countless times before. First look in the documentation (cdnshelp) under Languages, and look for the SKILL Language User Guide. Or if you can't work out how to do that, go to <ICinstDir>/doc/sklanguser/sklanguser.pdf
Alternatively, go to the Support & Training link at the top of the page (on this site) and book yourself on a SKILL Language programming class.
