How to import spice netlist

Hi,

I experience a weird problem when I import spice.

When I open the schematic that was created after the import process, I see that the values of Finger_width and Width are different although there is only one multiplier,

 For instance:

 Width(M) = 60u

Finger_width =400n

Number of Fngers=1

Multiplier =1

total_m=1

When I export cdl from this schematic the W value I gets is the one of the FInger_width.While The real value should be the one of the Width.

I'm using File->import->spice to import my spice file.

Can you help me to figure out how to fix this.

Thanks,

Michael

     This is probably the reason while one of the width values is created
    by the import and the other one is dependent on a CDF callback.
    The CDF callback is never triggered by the import.

    The one which soudl be triggerd then keeps the default value.

    So the conclusion is you need to know which is the correct width value.
    Then find out with width parameter is used for netlisting.
    And if necessary you have to trigger the CDF callback for the
    dependent value manually or with a SKILL script.

    Manually you ever can trigger the callbacks over edit properties.
    You have to e.g. change and change back the initial parameter value on which
    other depend on.
    The manual approach is only useful for testing and small designs.

    But have a look at this thread and the related solution this may help.
