Skill API to update references post rename

Is there a way to update references when view is renamed using custom Design Management operation. I do not want ccpRename to perform rename on design objects rather use the DM's rename functionality hence post DM rename the object with old name will cease to exist. Now can I update existing references if any?

I think that you would have to create your own updater if you are not using the ccpCopy/ccpRename etc. functionality - it is part of the cdsCopyShell, look in the documentation for "Creating a Cross-Reference Updater" - I'm not sure if you can just update the references without performing a copy or rename though, you will have to look into that.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Lawrence.
