How to avoid metal1 routing on device in VCAR

Sarvani

 Hi All,

When I am using VCAR for routing then I got metal1 layers on devices. But i don't want it. Could you please let me know solution for this?

I am getting single via in routing. But I need double vias in routing.

And I would like to avoid poly routing layout. Please suggest me.(My version is 6.1.5)

 Thank you,

Sarvani

    Sarvani,

Presumably you could define some kind of keep out - your question is a bit vague.

As for the double vias, that has been covered before in this forum (use the Community Search for "double via vcar" - there are a few relevant posts - here's one though:

    Andrew.
