Creating Via using Skill in ICFB 5.1.4

Hi All,

 I need to create via using skill in ICFB 5.1.4 layout suite. This is the skill function

 hiSetBindKey("Layout" "<Key>1" "sivaji()")
procedure(sivaji()
leHiCreateContact()
le0ContactForm->rows->value = 2
hiiToggleEnterForm(le0ContactForm)
)

The problem here is due to leHiCreateContact() function, a Create Contact window is displayed asking the user

  1. To enter the type of Contact
  2. To enter the number of rows and  columns
  3. Enclosures of metals etc.

So, I need a skill function that defines all of the above parameters without displaying a window.
