Via symbolic variables

I would like to write a skill script modify via symbolics in layout.

Is there a way to output or get the varaible names and values to via symbolics of stdVia and customVia?

Example of variables:

stdVia:

via~>cutColumn, via~>cutRow

customVia:

via~>row, via~>column

 What are some of the other variables the via symbolic within the object

    For stdVias you simply need to know what the available parameter names are - see this other post for an example of where I use a predefined list of parameter names.

    For customVias, they are probably pcells, so the names of the parameters are:

    via~>master~>superMaster~>parameters~>value~>name
