Issues on Stream out cadence database

Hi,

    I am trying to write a script to compare 2 GDS files. Just to validate the script, I had streamed out the same cadence database but into 2 different directories and trying to compare those using dbdiff command. Ideally it should be same [since the database is same], but it is saying the cells are different. Following is the command i had used to comapre:

 dbdiff -system GDS -desgin <GDSNAME TOPCELLNAME> -refdesign <GDSNAME TOPCELLNAME> -rdb <O/P RDB FILE NAME>.

Is this possible to get an error like this in this scenario? Is it a problem with stream out or in comparison stage? Could some one help me on this?
