Want to change the size of the memory array in layout using SKILL

Hi,

I have a 256bit Memory array in which bitcells are arranged in certain rows and columns. I want to reduce the size of the array to half 128bit. How can I implement this in SKILL?

Thanks,

Abhi

    Abhi,

    Unfortunately you've not given much to go on, but if you have created the "array" as a mosaic (i.e. it's a single entity  which if you do an edit properties on it, the edit properties form is entitled "Edit Mosaic Properties"), then you could do:

    instId=car(geGetSelSet())
    instId~>rows=16
    instId~>columns=8

    or whatever...

    Regards,

    Andrew.
