Move cursor to x,y in IC5.1.41

Hi,

On a previous project in IC6.1.5, there was a layout bindkey that would prompt for an x,y coordinate and move the cursor to that specific point.  I'm now working on a project in IC5.1.41, and I'd like this functionality but haven't been able to figure it out.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
Brian
