How to let "Launch -> Plugins -> DFM" automatic loaded in every layout window

Hello All , 

 

In IC 6.1.6 , default  there is no DFM  pull down menu in layout window , I need to  do "Launch -> Plugins -> DFM" in every layout window

How to let "Launch -> Plugins -> DFM"  automatic loaded  in every layout window

    You can modify the skillscript in COS article 11579048. It displays "Launch->Plugins->PVS" menu.
