help on metal fill

i would like to have a custom metal fill pcell that will have poly, m1, mt and am and would like to have them either on or off. size of the rectangle fill is 12x12 um.

i know there's already a fill cell but the size of the rectangle is too small.

     i think it's ore of a request, i was trying to use the cadence pcell kit but not sure if i'm doing wrong. i'm a novic. maybe there another way to do it. i saw a posting about metal fill, making a metal square into mesh. my request is having a pcell that have 4 metal alyers that i can turn on and offand just instanciate themand use for metal fill.
