How to create pins of MOS transistor with fingers in pcell.

Hello. I have created MOS transistor pcell using ROD. But I have detected drawback. When number of fingers more than one, router doesn't connect drains or sources and in VXL I must connect pin of other device only to one drain or source in my transistor.I want that all my drain pins and source pins connected by router or in VXL flight lines connect all drain(source) pins.

Source pin in my pcell I created like that:

where gate[count] - gate fingers. What I must to do, that my pins have property "Must Connect".

Thank you!

     HI TiNat,

I am assuming that since not all of your source and drain pins are being connected, that they are different terminals? Take a look at the dbSetTermMustJoin() SKILL function:

    dbSetTermMustJoin

    dbSetTermMustJoin(
      d_termId
      d_mustJoinTermId
    ) => t | nil

    Description

Sets the connection status of the terminals specified by the terminal IDs to mustJoin.

    Arguments

d_termId The database ID of the terminal that you want to
mustJoin to the terminal specified by d_mustJoinTermId.

d_mustJoinTermId The database ID of the terminal that you want to
mustJoin to the terminal specified by d_termId.

Hopefully this is what you are looking for?

    Regards,
    Lawrence.
