 how to create drop down menu for pcell properties?

  • The way to get greater control over the appearance of properties on the edit properties or create instance forms is to define CDF for the cell (or pcell). In Tools->CDF->Edit CDF (in the CDF) you can create the "Base Cell" CDF for your component, and for each pcell parameter you can control the type of parameter, the prompt, callbacks, whether it is displayed or not, and so on.

    What you want in this case is a "Cyclic" parameter, and for these you can provide a list of choices which will be used to populate the "drop down menu" in the form when selecting a value for this parameter.
