trace in cdb2oa process

Ilya Temnikov

Hello

I've got a core dump during CDB to OA migration process. It happens for 1 cell from 2000 only but we want to understand why. So i'm trying to add trace(t) in cdboaPreTrans procedure but it prints "*Error* trace: skillDev not enabled." How can I trace the process in cdb2oa?

 Regards

Ilya

    Ilya,

I'm not sure that SKILL tracing will help you with a core dump. The core dump is happening at the executable level, rather than the SKILL level. Also, trace() requires a SKILL Development license (product 900), which presumably you don't have given this message.

If  you're getting a core dump, you should contact customer support.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
