Reload pvtech.lib file settings

 Hello,

Generally the available Technologies in PVS GUIs are determined by pvtech.lib file found by the Cadence Search Mechanism.

We can change the loaded pvtech.lib file also in the PVS GUI itself.

So is it possible to reload the pvtech.lib file or load another one using SKILL, and then when you open PVS GUI already the new one to be loaded.

Or is it possible the cadence search mechanism to be relaunched in already opened Cadnce session.

What I want to achieve? Our pvtech.lib file is placed in a folder determined by CDS_SITE variable. When cadence is started everything is loaded properly and when PVS GUI (DRC, LVS ...) is opened all technologies are properly loaded. But I want to be able to change $CDS_SITE varialbe to to another folder  where another pvtech.lib file is located.  And then all users have to restart their cadences in order to load the new setting.

It will be nice if some SKILL to be launched in the opened cadence sessions and new pvtech.lib file to be loaded and then when PVS GUI is opened the new settings (available technologies) to be there.

Best regards,
