Invisible text in IDE

theopaone
theopaone over 11 years ago

I can load a SKILL file into the IDE but it has no syntax highlighting and when I scroll the file, the text disappears. It is still there, but does not show.

I am running  "@(#)$CDS: virtuoso version 6.1.6 06/16/2014 22:19 (sjfnl150) $"

On Centos 6.5 with Gnome.

I also had a problem with the entry line in the CIW where the text was not showing but that seems to have cleared up with the change in the font.

I tried to search Cadence support but it went into perpetual search mode.

Thanks

Ted

    Ted,

I've not seen this and not seen any reports of this. We'll need to take a look (presumably since you can go to support.cadence.com you can log a case). Whilst CentOS is not supported, I wouldn't expect this type of problem as it is in theory RHEL-compatible.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
