    Chandaka,

    That's a frame field. Here's an example:

     let((frame text)
      text=hiCreateStringField(?name 'text ?prompt "Text")
      frame=hiCreateFrameField(?name 'frame ?labelText "Red Label")
      hiCreateAppForm(
        ?name 'CCFframeExample
        ?fields list(list(frame 0:0 400:90 30) list(text 0:30 390:30 100))
        ?formTitle "Frame Example"
        ?initialSize 400:90
        ?attachmentList
          list(
            hicLeftPositionSet|hicRightPositionSet|hicTopPositionSet|hicBottomPositionSet
            hicLeftPositionSet|hicRightPositionSet
          )
        )
      hiDisplayForm(CCFframeExample)
    )

    Regards,

    Andrew.
