Create Via in cadence

Hi All,

    We have different via spacing after 3x3 array . But its not changing automatically in Create Via Form. Can you please guid me for where to look for it. "In tech.tf "standard via definition has mentioned only for 1x1 via.

     Check to see if the viaSpacing rule is set in your techfile. Its definition is found in the Virtuoso Technology ASCII Files reference. You should see something like this:

    ( viaSpacing "layer" 'minNumCuts 3 'distance diagonal_distance newSpacingRule )
