minimize dialog box

Hi all,

 I created a dialog box by using hiCreateAppForm. I want to get minimize,maximize option for it. How can I get it? Please let me know?

 Please see screeshot.

    You've created a form (there's a separate API for dialog boxes, but these are essentially similar) are "transient windows". These are handled differently by different window managers. It's up to the window manager whether they provide minimize/maximize support for transient windows - most don't. KDE does however. There's nothing you can do in your code for this - it's purely a function of the window manager.

    If you always want to have minimize/maximize support on a form, you can do this by using a "Window form". This is where you use hiCreateWindow to create the window, and use this to display the form. Such forms don't have form buttons - you'd have to put buttons on the form -  but they do have pulldown menus. Tools->Technology File Manager is one of these types of forms.
