As a beginner ,I do not know how to take the first step.

    Vauge question, vauge answer.

    If you want to create a pcell, you should look at the example pcells in the sample libraries and the pcell user documentation. Depending on how you want to create the cell, you can place multiple transistor instances (dbCreateParamInst) and then interconnect them or create individual shapes (dbCreateRect) for all the shapes.

    Again, look at examples.
